Hi Sim

Went to see BEOWULF on Saturday, starring Anthony Hopkins and Angelina Jolie at the Globe in JHQ. It is a great film with a fab storyline and is very well animated. It rates as a 12A but it is quite scarey and gorey in places and i am 13. So i suggest if people go to see it take a cushion with you to hide behind. Maybe it should be a 15.

HI Room 785, I went to see Epic Movie lately. It is really funny. Basically it is just taking the micky out of recent films like Narnia, Borat, Charlie and the chocolate factory and lots more. I would recommend this film to anyone. However, the film is to short and contains no real storyline. This film is to much like scary movie.

After Christmas this year my family and I went Skiing in Killinton Vermont in the USA and while we were there I bought myself "The Adventures of Sharkboy and Lavagirl" DVD.  Looking at the special features it was written by a man and his son ( called Racer Max ) who was only 6 and a half, which I think is amazing.
The story is about a boy who was brought up with sharks and he grew scales and a fin, and Lavagirl who has pink 'lava' hair. Sharkboy can stay underwater for ages and Lavagirl can shoot Lava out of her hand and everything she touches she burns. They job in the film is to save Candy Planet from the evil Mr Electric. They find Mr Electric but lose the fight and Mr Electric goes to earth. I wont tell you any more as it may spoil it for everyone, however all may be not as it appears (it is only a dream in the end, but don't tell everyone ).
My favorite part is when they are on the chocolate cookie in Candy Land and Sharkboy reaches down and scoops out a handful of chocolate, licks it and says " uuuurh chocolate, I hate chocolate..." I like this bit because my Dad doesn't like chocolate and I thought he was the only person in the world that didn't like it, as I LOVE IT ;-)

Hi room 785,

I went to see
The Chronicals of Narnia on Saturday at Raf Akrotiri cinema and it was fab.  I really loved the Lion Aslan and I cried when he died. I really liked the beavers and thought the special effects where good. I thought the film was really really good and would love to go and see it again. My favourite bit in the film is when they all have to put on the fur coats out of the wardrobe and Edmond complains that the coats are for girls. He still wears it to keep warm though.
Any one who is planning to go and see it will really enjoy and want to see it again.

I went to see Narnia and I thought it was great. The effects were great in the battle I was so excited. I didnt want to move because I didn't want to miss a thing.
