Forces Action Editor, Colin Livingstone, and a team of reporters and producers are in regular contact with the Ministry of Defence, senior members of all three services, the main service charities, voluntary agencies and individual experts to keep the BFBS radio and TV audience around the world up to date with the latest service welfare information. They also monitor the latest consumer and public service news in the UK to ensure that people serving overseas have access to the latest information that could affect their lives.

Forces Action finds and delivers information on key topics such as health, education, housing, employment, personal finance, legal rights and family matters. We cover these stories in our news bulletins, features, updates and promotions on BFBS Radio and 2, as well as both BFBS TV channels.

Forces Action also acts as a point of contact for any questions you may have about your life as a UK citizen and member of the service community. We can also help to gather information and views from the armed forces for official and voluntary bodies in the UK.

If you have a question about service welfare or a legal or consumer issue, email: forcesaction@bfbs.com.
