Poor Effort!

TODAY'S TOPIC

A couple who weighed 38 stone between them were told they were too heavy for their plane to take off.

Alan Coupe and his wife Jan were approached by a stewardess while their plane was still on the runway and asked to move to help the aircraft get off the ground.

Mr Coupe, who weighed 20 stone, moved to the front of the aircraft to even out the weight and the plane took off.

Every Wednesday we do Swap Shop, giving you the chance to swap your tat for something that is desirable

We began with the Poo Pooing Reindeer and swapped that for a chocolate fondue, now we have an Amstrad Satellite Receiver.

If you want to swap it for something you don't want, we'll then swap it .I'ts like a big social experiment to see what we can get…we're holding out for some sort of holiday or yacht.

A bloke in America started off with a paperclip and got a house, now we don't expect to get that far….but we want to see how far we can take it!

WEEK THREE - The Spell Off

Despite Matt not being able to spell his own middle name during the week (he even had to get his ID card out!) he was victoriuos for the second week in a row. Charlene put in a good effort after she deemed herself poor at the spelling game due to spellchecker. She eventually lost in the tie braker when she failed to spell 'Bizarre' incorrectly. And to think she went to university....
