Binod Dhoj Khadka

Binod joined BFBS after a 23-year career with the Gurkhas. He welcomed the opportunity to move into radio when offered a full time position with BFBS whilst coming to the end of his final army posting in Brunei. His experience to date includes operational reporting from East Timor and Bosnia.

Binod hails from Kathmandu and now manages a workforce of eight staff who produce a wide variety of local Nepali programmes - ranging from news and magazines to popular music from his home country.

He enjoys most sports and has recently taken up golf, a pastime in which he has already bagged a few trophies – thus prompting the handicapper to keep a closer eye on him than most!!
