The Services Sound and Vision Corporation is a registered charity providing entertainment services to the British Armed Forces and their families worldwide.

SSVC regularly looks for enthusiastic and talented individuals to work within a variety of roles both within the UK and overseas.

If you are more interested in Freelance opportunities then please forward a covering letter indicating your preferred work together with your CV and demo/show reel if appropriate, to the Personnel Department who will be pleased to pass this to the relevant person for consideration.

Alternatively if you are a serving member of the British Forces working overseas and are also an aspiring radio presenter then you may be able to apply to join BFBS Radio as a Volunteer. Opportunities are limited, but please contact your local BFBS Station for further details.

Opportunities also exist for Dependants of serving Forces personnel overseas either within SSVC Retail which is based in Germany Current Retail Vacancies or as part of the support team on local BFBS Stations.  All positions will be advertised locally in theatre.

SSVC also offers Work Experience Placements to students aged 16+. These are usually undertaken at our Head Office in Buckinghamshire and priority is given to young people from schools within the local area. This scheme is naturally very popular and places are limited therefore, if you choose to apply please do not be disappointed if no placements are available.
